- What is ConservationEvents.com?
ConservationEvents.com website was created for a calendar of events dedicated to Cultural Heritage in general and to Conservation in particular. Basically, it is an easy-to-use tool that allows anyone to announce relevant events for the Cultural Heritage sector.
- Who can submit events?
You must be a registered member to submit events. This is required to avoid spam messages. The registration is very free, simple and immediate. To register please click here.
- What kind of events can I submit?
You can submit any event, from local to international, in any place of the world and in any language as long as it is related to Cultural Heritage. Events may include conferences, talks, workshops, call for papers, courses and any other kind of appropriate announcements.
- How can I submit an event?
After you login you will see in your User Menu the "Submit an Event" option or you can use the "Add an Event" link under the month calendar to access the Events Submission form. Additionally you can email us at

- How should I fill the Events Submission form?
The Events Submission form is very simple to fill. In "Common" you should fill the Subject (title), choose a category (country) and insert the text referent to the event. In “calendar”, you must specify the starting date and ending date of the event. Next, you just have to click on the save icon (the one with a floppy disk). - I am submitting an event but I don’t find the appropriate country. What can I do?
We listed a large number of countries but we didn’t list all the world countries. Drop us an email requesting the country you wish to see in the list we will be pleased to add it.
- I submit an event but I can not see it on the calendar. What happened?
All the events have to be confirmed by the site administrator before they go online. This process may take up to some hours.
